Orders:

All orders will be processed and shipped by COB the next business day on all in stock items.

Deliveries:

Items will either ship via UPS or USPS depending on selection at checkout. If “free shipping” is selected at checkout, Off-Grid Aviation will select the carrier service and the customer will be notified when the shipping label is printed. We do not offer DHL or Fedex shipping at this time.

Refunds:

New items may be returned within one month after item was delivered. The purchase price will be refunded to the card on file minus any incurred shipping charges and a 10% restocking fee.
